Swartberg to Franschoek
Another long drive, this time though a mountain pass and down into the Franschoek valley, looking like a land of plenty after the semi-desert of the Karoo.
We stopped at the Rooiberg Winery for a break which boasts the biggest chair in the country! Why? I don’t know!
APOLOGIES for some poor photos taken from the coach either blurred or containing reflections which cannot be successfully edited out. I have included them to give context to the landscape of our trip.
