COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - Day 2
On our second day in Colombo we visited Gangaramaya Temple, the National Museum and had afternoon tea at the Galle Face Hotel.

Again we began our tour in Pettah but this time the streets were deserted as the shops were closed.

Another quick photo stop for the mosque

Drummer and Elephant is a great piece of street art and recycling sculpture. The uniqueness is harnessed by the artist by gathering tiny pieces of vehicle scrap metal spares to create a rhythm in his/her work

The nearby Seema Malaka is a floating temple connected to lakeshore by a wooden bridge
